We offer 3 comprehensive year round lawn maintenance programs to fit your needs and budget! 12-month service agreement. 

- Weekly (once a week, every week),

- Biweekly (every 2 weeks),

- Weekly Spring & Summer and Biweekly Fall & Winter (every week April to September, every 2 weeks October to March)​

Our lawn maintenance services are billed at a flat monthly rate, with the annual cost evenly prorated over 12 months. This means your monthly payment stays the same year-round, regardless of the season or how often your lawn requires service.

Year round lawn maintenance includes:

- Lawn Mowing (warm season grasses cut as needed)

- Push mowing and Reel mowing available (upon request)

- Edging lawn and beds

- Weed eating property

- Blowing lawn and hardscape area

- Blowing common areas (for commercials & HOA properties)

- Mulching leaves from lawn (as needed)

- Removing leaves and debris from beds (little at each service)

- Trimming/ Shaping shrubs and hedges (as needed)

- Shape Ivy (when included)

​- Spot spraying weeds* in non-flowering beds​ (as needed,

   *we do not hand pull weeds during maintenance)

- Pruning small Crape Myrtles end of Winter season (February - March)

Other maintenance services available upon request:

This services are not included with regular lawn maintenance but can

be requested at any time.

- Deep pruning in Fall and early Spring (Cleanup work)

- Yard bags removal from property - extra $15/month (up to 5 bags/ service)

- Push mowing and Reel mowing (of warm season grasses)

- Irrigation maintenance Spring Startup and Winterization

- Annuals, pine straw and mulch "refresh" installation​

- Fescue aerating and overseeding (early Fall, includes seeds and fertilizer)

​- Aerating warm season grasses (late Spring, early Summer)

- Turf treatment and feed

Yard cleanups - Limited availabilities, call ahead!

Initial cleanup before lawn maintenance, and one time cleanup: 

Includes 3 men crew and tools.

- Half day* $780 (available Fall and Winter only, limited availabilities)

- Full day $1,560 

- Extra hours: $195/hour

- Extra fee applies for use of Mini-Skid at $75/hour

*Cleanups are available half day during the Fall and Winter only (October

to March), and full day(s) year round.

Yard debris removal with cleanups and projects:

We can dispose of yard debris in a natural area on the property,

bag debris for County pickup, or we can remove debris from the property

and take to the Recycling Center.​​
